The NMF, Natural Moisturizing Factor, is the factor responsible for regulating skin hydration. By maintaining proper hydration, NMF prevents excessive dehydration of the skin, especially of the keratinocyte cells responsible for the health of the entire tissue. This way, the skin remains intact, supple and flexible.
The Bionsen formula is based on the natural composition of NMF, focusing attention on the most active elements on the epidermal surface: Manganese, Copper, and Zinc. Indeed, due to its position as an interface with the environment, the epidermis is equipped with defence systems designed to counter various types of aggressive stimuli: UV radiation, temperature variations, and pollution, all capable of inducing oxidative stress. The optimal functioning of these defence systems, largely consisting of enzymatic protection systems, is linked to the intake of these Oligominerals.
